Have been going here every few weeks since I moved to Farnham around a year ago, and I’ve never had any issues with speed or quality of service. The salon is often very busy, so sometimes there is a wait, but that’s to be expected and shouldn’t warrant marking them down on a review - literally every decent nail salon is the same way. The guys that work at Farnham Nails are always lovely and despite working super hard for very long hours, they always do an excellent job. Thank you!

It’s a shame as I really loved the result of my hands and feet, but the man doing my pedicure made me feel uncomfortable and made inappropriate comments whilst massaging my feet. I was also asked several times if I have a boyfriend and where was my boyfriend. I want to feel relaxed when getting my nails done and for this reason I wouldn’t come back.

Really disappointed! Their work is ok as I have been there in the past. so I booked to take my mother-in-law for her birthday so we can get a pedicure and manicure, turn up and they aren’t open when they should be. I even had a booking with them. No answer no curtesy call nothing. 0 care for peoples time. Won’t be going there again.

In terms of quality of manicure it’s always good, I can’t fault that. Something that makes me not want to go is my experience with the men here. They are not professional and have always made me feel uncomfortable. I got a pedicure a few months ago and when he went to massage my foot… it was just uncomfortable let’s say. I want to be able to get my nails done and not feel preyed on! 😬
