My mother was here 3/20 to 1/21. During covid of which she died. She was told no when she asked for help on several occasions. The one person rule meant when I voiced my concerns they were ignored. Things happened very slowly. Her personal carers were very caring but as Ofsted said at the time, leadership was lacking. I agree with that. I hope its improved. If I could turn back time I would have chosen somewhere else.
