She provides long lasting extensions that are appropriate to the natural lash, taking as much time as needed to ensure all are properly affixed and aligned. I've always found Lisa to be accommodating when it comes to appointments and she leaves enough time to ensure a thorough service. I usually have evening appointments and she understands I'm at the mercy of commuting from central London; she remains flexible if I run a little late sometimes. Lisa does a fantastic job of listening to what you want and recommending the best type of lash for you and the style and shape. She is a warm, friendly and experienced technician and is the upmost professional. I have seen too many girls with huge pantomime lashes giving no natural shaping to the eyes. Lisa will make sure you think these lashes are your own. The booking process was simple and the appointment was on time. Within 10 mins of leaving her home and being on the high street, someone asked me if they were my natural lashes. They were so impressed with how full and natural my lashes looked they asked for Lisa’s website. Ignore the negative comments on here, check her website and her instagram to see photos of what she can do. I highly recommend and will definitely be going back. Thank you Lisa.

After seeing these reviews i have experienced the same problems with Lisa's very un professional way of running a business. Booked appointment arrived to no one being at home she then called and tried to make out that a booking had been made for a different day. Gave the benifit of the doubt and re booked for another day and agaim arrived at the premises and she was not in. Please don't waste your time booking with this lady
