    A lady called Julie refused our family entry even though there was space, a very upset little boy. And I know there was space as I returned to my cat and was able to book on line so I did but Julie still refused too seat us, terrible service.

    Terrible..got refused walk In for breakfast as it was bookings only so went outside to book..when I came back in I was told no again even though I'd booked..the lady manager was very rude to me and because of her would never go back to farnham beefeater again..disgraceful customer service the manager should not be a manager of any kind she was so rude and disrespectful.

    We chose the Beefeater at Farnham for a joint birthday treat. Our waitress was great but seemed to have a lot to look after and remember, she did very well. Three of our party chose Steak, 2 of which were served cold and the third was mostly fat. When we explained that the steaks were cold the whole plates were returned to the kitchen and reheated - mayonnaise and lemon included. Lastly, the meal portion sizes on some dishes was small (smotherd chicken). The Management understood our grumbles and adjusted the bill to suit but overall the meal was disappointing, considering the cost of going out to eat. Shame, previous visits had placed the Beefeater high on the list.

    I've been to this beefeater in Farnham four or five times for breakfast now and each time it has been spot on. There's a great choice of continental items like crumpets English muffins croissants pancakes etc with jams and marmalade and chocolate spreads. Good choice of cereal and fresh fruit and pots of mixed yogurt. You can order as much fresh cooked breakfast as you want and the quality of the ingredients are excellent for the price. Very good quality sausages bacon black pudding eggs mushrooms and beans and anything else you wanted off the menu was cooked spot on and the soft poached eggs which I asked for were great and cooked to perfection. Well done to the chefs. Lots of different coffees and teas and fruit juices all included in the price for under £10 at this time of writing. There was a young very friendly guy called CAMERON he was a waiter and he was absolutely a delight and nothing was too much trouble very professional and polite very and delivered what we ordered with no mistakes. Thank you Cameron. And thank you to the rest of the staff And a fantastic young lady on our last visit was very friendly and very helpful too. Sorry I didn't get your name. I spoke to the manager the last time I was there and he had time for a friendly chat for about 10min. Very nice gentleman. 👍 I would say this is the best breakfast in Farnham and surrounding areas in Surrey/hants and plus it's unlimited and a real bargain for the price. 😁
