This is not aimed at the staff at all as they all seem to be very good at their jobs. I've just waited half an hour to post 1 parcel. Only 2 staff in the Easter break is ridiculous. During that half hour there were 5 passport applications. There should be a separate area for this. RIDICULOUS !!!

Had an unused £30 Postal Order. 2 RM staff at Camberley PO refused to redeem it. Went to Farnborough PO and was redeemed in about 1 minute. I now only use Camberley PO if using stamp machines - for counter service I go elsewhere - eg. Farnborough PO.

Waited 20 minutes on a Tuesday lunchtime only to be served by a lady who didn’t give full attention to me the customer. Because someone was having trouble at photo booth and kept interrupting and with only two people serving was a very slow process And now we find that one of my parcels (Easter egg) hasn’t arrived up to Manchester posted on 12th One I sent to wales took a week to arrive posted same date. Very disappointed children

Had a letter which was 2cm too long in length (fit the requirements otherwise for a large letter) to send as a large letter. Politely asked if i would be able to post the item for cheaper if I bought a smaller letter to put it in. They blatantly said no. I trusted them at first until I realised that they would’ve been able to charge me less, really disappointed.
