Awful station. Incompetent security guards. Closed car park and when I told them I needed an all day car park they recommended sainsburys which is a maximum of 2 hours. I missed my train. Who do u speak to so I can get a refund on my ticket?

Absolute disgrace. Shut the main car park without notice on booking app. Everyone unsure where to go. Left a car park with about 30 spaces available which is obviously full. Missed my train and had to park in town.

Not had great experiences at this station. Doesn’t help that the two station managers are based in Basingstoke! On this particular occasion I missed the 11am train to Waterloo because the ticket machine did not produce my tickets after paying, and I had to queue up! And the next train took a whole hour!!

Car park at this station is dreadful. Very poorly designed entrance that means traffic flow comes to a total stop for long periods of time with no one able to get in and very few able to get out. This is due to bus services and taxis using the same entrance as cars and the fairly high number of them end up blocking the traffic around the front of the station. Whole place needs to be re-desgined and could be easily done to end this problem. 10 minute wait outside to get in the station and park is not acceptable. This is a daily occurrence.
