Duan did a first class job on making a partial upper denture for me. I was put at ease immediatly by his calm demeanor and patience and how he listened to my concerns. He spent so much time talking through my requirements step by step and making my casts and fittings. He gave me options and explained them throughly. He told me everything he was doing as he did it. Five stars and more are deserved….Duan is amazing. His work ethos is honest, empathetic and professional. He was able to see me so quickly and within the day I’ve got a tooth. He listen to my past experiences, and gave me his honest opinion on my current situation which enabled me to make the right decision for my immediate need. I had unfortunately broken a crowned tooth at the gum line which left a gap that was very visible. I’m very self conscious and needed a tooth in situ quickly. I cannot believe the turnaround or quality, it’s just perfect and so much more than I expected. I can’t thank you enough.
