Took my Audi A5 in with a locked on brake. Thought it was callipers but was something which needed an Audi specialist. Found us someone who could fix it - and a recovery service to get it transported. Barely charged us for the work they had done. Absolutely fantastic customer service. This garage was an absolute farce over the last 7 days. I attended in person about the possibility of being recovered by the RAC to them, which they accepted. The chap told me he could look at it Friday. I tried to explain what the problem might be and offer the RAC report, which was declined. My car was recovered on the Thursday, which I attended and handed the keys over, expecting a phone call on the Friday. I called in for an update and was told it would be the following week. Which I accepted. I called in on the Thursday and the mechanic could not be bothered to really talk to me but said it was going on the ramp that evening. I went back on the Friday and could see that my vehicle had not even moved. I request my keys back because it was obvious I was not a priority. The chap then started shouting and trying to become aggressive, which was laughable. I pointed out to him that this was a failing on his part not mine. I left the garage and he came out to confront me in again an aggressive manner, I asked did he really want to go there! He then scuttled back into the garage, slagging me off to the mechanics. What a joke. If I could give no star's I would. Services: Engine repair, Auto engine diagnostic

Took my car in because my washers weren't working but having taken a look it appears they were ok just a little bit laboured. I had the jets adjusted on the drivers side and went home happy.
