I went for a test drive at Farnborough Audi. Kris was really quick to reply to my initial enquiry. He answered all my questions, and was very knowledgeable and clearly enthusiastic about the brand and car. He followed up without giving a hard sell or being pushing. We didn't purchase the car - purely because we found something that better suited our needs elsewhere - but would have been happy to have done business with him if the dealership had what we needed.
