One of thier engineers was assigned to service my ventilation unit, the guy who looked very confused and drunk came into my property, looked at the job and said he was going to get his bag from the van but never returned and didn't contact me to inform me he was leaving. I tried to ring the office but then it wouldn't connect and when it did, a lady attacked me accusing me of being rude to her staff and then put the phone down.would not recommend this company, absolutely horrendous, very unprofessional and unfit for purpose

My Nuaire ventilator needed repairing. Unfortunately I did not get the names of the engineers who attended my property. I was very pleased with the service they provided. They gave me a courtesy call before arriving and upon arrival were very respectful and polite. They carried out the repair quickly and efficiently and gave me lots of info and tips which I wasnt aware of before. Thank you!

Have to agree with previous reviewer, Marion. Not recommendable. Extremely costly and protracted. After many many months of trying to get a functioning humidistat attached to my nuaire system, I’ve had to walk away with the problem unresolved. Had to pay £250 for an initial inspection before they would agree to quote me. Then quoted £300. Many months of failed attempts. Just received a new quote for more than £1000. Scarcely believable and extremely frustrating. UPDATE: We’ve now had an independent electrician round and he was able to fix the problem at source within only a few minutes for £100 + humidistat. All the work the Farmwood engineer carried out, and proposed to carry out in future, was unnecessary.

I just wanted to convey that the Farmwood engineer (who I think was called Sean) who carried out work organised by Nuaire at my home on 22 March 2018, was on time, quick in his work and efficient. He was tidy, cleaned up once he’d finished and took time to answer all questions about the unit that I asked. The unit is now working perfectly. On that basis I would have no hesitation highly recommending Farmwood Services and Nuaire.

Andy carried out a Vent Axia service for us. What a fantastic experience. Andy was very thorough, checked everything that should have been checked (and other stuff that usually goes amiss). A great experience overall from Andy and Farmwood. Wish there were more companies like this who think about the customer as oppose to the bottom line.
