After going through several phone calls to explain a situation that has left to be traumatised and greatly affected, I was promised and hold that the lawyer will get in touch with me and that they will call me, after reliving it going through the experiences which are very difficult for me. I have spoken to on the phone by a woman who said that he will get in touch with me, I followed up three times. I was told that I would be contacted by the lawyer add to no avail. I was not contacted by time was wasted and I had had to relive these experiences several times a secretary of the phone. Absolutely unprofessional and horrible treatment. For everybody’s information this was at the end of 2021.

Sadly I did not have a great experience with this organization. I selected them as an unknown as they were on the my mortgage providers panel but they were really disappointing compared to the standards of other solicitors I am accustomed to from start through to complaint review. Definitely some good solicitors there but if the alarm bells go early with communication, walk away quickly.
