A wonderful experience all round! The guide in the house was really knowledgeable and very happy to answer questions. The art work is STUNNING. The surrealist sculpture in the garden is fascinating. Don't miss a visit to Nic Ancasters little gallery too, for pieces made with wood from a Hastings and Rye fishing boat. Her cormorants are particularly effective. Never have I wished I had more money as much as I did on this visit with so much art for sale!

Had a lovely time exploring the gallery’s and gardens. Missed out on the house tour, but very keen to return again. Incredibly charming to meet Anthony Penrose and talk over his and his family’s life and works.

Intriguing little gallery and gardens. The gardens are well-maintained despite the unforgiving drought and have odd sculptures dotted about. There's actually two photo galleries - the other one is in a green warehouse next to the farm shop/cafe. Didn't go for the house tour as it needed to be booked but am considering a second visit to do so.
