Farley refurbished the whole of my downstairs. They designed my new kitchen, walls had to be taken down and new wall built, what an amazing firm i can't recommend them enough. They fitted the herringbone LVT flooring on the whole of my downstairs too, its looks so good ! A friendly team nothing was too much trouble and a great end result. Thank you Farleys.

We decided to go with Farleys to get LVT flooring in our kitchen, hallway and downstairs toilet, they were the cheapest by far with the highest quality in which we were looking for. When attending their store in Ramsgate, they were really helpful and patient considering I am incredibly indecisive. We got booked in and Charlie from Farleys arrived on time, looked presentable and was incredibly kind and polite. He was very helpful in assisting us with how we wanted the flooring and what we needed to do to prep beforehand. In the time Charlie spent doing the flooring, he was lovely and chatty and in general a really really lovely guy! Not to mention, he knew how much of a tight time frame we were on to get things done and even willingly stayed late some evenings to get the job done. His attention to detail was great and we couldn’t fault him at all. It’s taken us some time to finally put in a review but it’s always been in the back of our minds to do it because of the exceptional service we received but I think it’s a good thing to do it after we have had the flooring for almost a year now and it is still in immaculate condition. So an absolute MASSIVE thank you to Charlie, anyone that wants their flooring done by Farleys, you will no doubt be as happy as we were and still are to this day with the service and quality of work we have received. Charlie is an asset to the company and I hope he is recognised for the great work he does. Thank you so much and Farleys will be in the forefront of our minds when we next need work doing. We will for sure be back!

Please could someone phone me back o.n this mobile no.. We've had a close look at the legs of the stool and chair not a happy customer, so weve decided we'd like a refund.. I honestly think 1 chair for £ 470 had to wait months for it to be delivered, and not upto standard.. So I would like a refund please.. ASAP as I have had to put the stool away as its disgusting.. Its not good qu3.. Thank you.. Please could u speak to head office tell them that I request anrefund....

DON'T LET THEM INTO YOUR HOMES!!! Apparently they have had some of their own people tested positive for Covid, and are still allowing others to interact with people, and allowing them to go into people's homes knowing they could be passing it on. No self-isolation! Absolutely disgusting workplace! No common sense, and no respect for vulnerable people
