    Had a really bad experience, I thought item are coming from Uk or Europe, instead they are sending items from China so you can not return in in a shop in Uk!!! And it’s taking 3-4 weeks to return it to China and get the refund. This company should be forbidden to sell this way on uk market!! Also on the website it’s not giving you this information, and the delivery time was supposed to be also 2-3 days, I received the items after 10 days

    SCAMMERS! Please do not order from this website The quality of the item firstly was awful, so I sent it back within the 14 days, after about 2/3 weeks we called to find out about our refund and they have told me it’s been worn and the item is full of foundation and glitter and that the refund isn’t going to be given This is untrue, and RIDICULOUS! After hearing this I thought I would look up some reviews and I’m seeing a common theme which is scary! Cannot believe such a big company is getting away with this So many people not getting refunds and out of pocket!! Don’t not make the same mistake AVOID AVOID AVOID!

My credit Mastercard was issued by Eurobank .Which is the best ever bank in Greece! Do you think so? And thru the webside 'Personal Banking Eurobank' promote the company Farfetch. Anyway Farfetch is a scammer company.

    Terrible service - ordered shoes for holiday; they sent the wrong ones and refused to send the correct ones without another payment?! Then ordered the correct pair again, they arrived and were not true to size in fit. Called the store at 6.30pm which says open until 11pm and they're closed. Called the website helpline and the line doesn't even connect. Absolute nonsense company charging a lot of money for goods which should come with a minimal level of service. First pair (sent in error) have yet to be refunded.

    A couple of weeks ago, I purchased 3 pair of shoes to get the right color, size, fit for my wedding. With considerable financial exposure, not usual to me, I decided to go this way as I wanted something special for this unique occasion. None of the 3 unfortunately worked (for different reasons: too big in size, not the right colour and not fitting perfectly) and I had to return them all. Two of the returns were successful, with the refund sorted smoothly. The 3rd pair instead, according to Farfetch staff and the boutique, arrived 'damaged'. I received only 2 photos taken from the bottom of both shoes, where marks of humidity, scratches and dirt are showing. No further explanations in the pre-formed email. I replied straight away, asking for more info, providing evidence of the shoes in question in the context where I tried them (my bedroom, on top of a clean, wool rug). I provided evidence of the way I tried them, that is 1 shoe per pair - the other shoe of each pair kept in the dust bag inside the box-. And then I photographed the shoes before repacking them to return them. Regardless several photos sent, and information provided, to prove that what I received photos of is NOT what I returned, and after requesting more information about the shoes, that is other photos of them from other angles, as I cannot even see the color as well as I cannot tell that those shoes are the ones I sent back, no reply received from Marta F, the person from Farfetch in charge of this case. I also called the Customer Service, where I received reassurance that I would have received assistance by the person dealing with the case, but no emails, calls or any other signs received since. I am extremely disappointed and utterly annoyed as I cannot accept that such a premium service cannot provide the minimum assistance and support on such a situation: no explanations, no clarifications, no details or further info . I don't accept to be made responsible of something I didn't do! I did return the shoes in the most impeccable conditions. How on hearth would I be so sloppy and return a pair of used shoes, expecting a refund? I'm not one of those high street customers, mass consumers who don't value high quality and high level of manufacturing. On top of this, I don't accept Farfetch assumption that I am taking advantage, expecting a refund on something I wore before returning. What I saw in Farfetch photos is not what I sent back How can Farfetch insinuate that the damage was provided by me? What happens in fact after a box is handed to the courier? Why should I be made responsible if something happens along the way, where other parties are involved? Why Farfetch is not helping? This is ridiculous! After this experience I am not comfortable using this service again, called premium and paid a lot of money without a single line of support. It is a massive shame, but I will not recommend Farfetch at all to anyone.

    (Translated by Google) Attention scammers! I placed an order of €1260.90. 2 items of the order have arrived. I did not receive the remaining 2 items worth €1084.49. Apparently it's a Farfetch scam (as I've read in previous reviews here). According to DPD, the package was delivered. But that's not true. I never received the package, never signed for supposed receipt, let alone given any sort of drop off authorization. For such a value of goods, an acknowledgment of receipt must be requested if it is said to have been delivered. Customer service has been contacted but is unresponsive. Have been waiting for an answer for almost 4 weeks in vain. I can only advise everyone to shop here. There are several other reputable sites. UPDATE: I recommend anyone who has had an experience similar to mine to stay tuned and insist on their rights. Since 11/23/2022 I have insisted that my matter be resolved. I just turned on Paypal Buyer Protection. However, he decided in my disadvantage, since the package is considered delivered according to Farfetch's tracking number. Here I have to say that Paypal has given a period of 14 days for Farfetch to comment. Farfetch deliberately takes its time and only responded on the last day of the deadline. My husband and I couldn't believe what just happened. So my husband called Farfetch and did "stress" again. How it can all be that no signature is required for a package with such a value of goods. Ich habe das Paket nie erhalten, nie eine Unterschrift für den angeblichen Erhalt getätigt oder geschweige denn irgendeine Abstellgenehmigung erteilt. Für so einen Warenwert muss doch eine Empfangsbestätigung gefordert werden, wenn es angeblich geliefert wurde. Kundenservice wurde kontaktiert, kümmert sich aber nicht. Warte seit fast 4 Wochen vergebens auf eine Antwort. Ich kann jedem nur abraten hier einzukaufen. Es gibt etliche andere seriöse Seiten. UPDATE: Ich empfehle jedem, der eine ähnliche Erfahrung gemacht hat wie ich, dran zu bleiben und auf sein Recht zu bestehen. Seit dem 23.11.2022 habe ich darauf bestanden, dass meine Angelegenheit geklärt wird. Ich habe erst den Paypal Käuferschutz eingeschaltet. Jedoch hat dieser zu meinen Ungunsten entschieden, da das Paket lt der Sendungsnummer von Farfetch als zugestellt gilt. Hier muss ich noch zu sagen, dass Paypal eine Frist von 14 Tage gegeben hat, damit sich Farfetch äußert. Farfetch lässt sich hierbei bewusst Zeit und hat erst an dem letzten Tag der Frist reagiert. Mein Mann und ich konnten nicht glauben was gerade passiert ist. Also hat mein Mann bei Farfetch angerufen und noch mal "Stress" gemacht. Wie das alles sein kann, dass bei einem Paket mit solch einem Warenwert keine Unterschrift verlangt wird. Zumal wir den DPD Zusteller kennen, und auch ihn gefragt haben. Er hatte uns bestätigt, an dem Tag keine Lieferung für uns gehabt zu haben. Jedenfalls wurde sich mein Fall seit Weihnachten 2022 von Farfetch nochmal angeschaut. Im Ende Januar/ Anfang Februar bekam ich eine Email von Farfetch, dass sie immer noch an meinem Fall dran sind und mich nicht vergessen haben. Ich habe Farfetch eine Frist von einer Woche gegeben, bevor ich rechtlich Schritte gegen Farfetch einleite. Denn wenn DPD eine Ablieferung behauptet, aber ich kein Paket erhalten habe, dann MUSS der Ablieferungsbeleg mit der EMPFÄNGERUNTERSCHRIFT geprüft werden. Ich habe als Privatkunde bei Farfetch, einem gewerblichen Verkäufer in Deutschland oder in der EU, bestellt. Also haftet der Verkäufer für Falschlieferungen und für verlorengegangene Pakete. Farfetch ist verantwortlich eine Verlustmeldung bei DPD einzureichen. Nun bekam ich erneut eine Nachricht von Farfetch, dass DPD den VERLUST meines Pakets BESTÄTIGT. Da frage ich mich, wie es sein kann dass es als zugestellt markiert wurde ?!!!! Das ist eindeutig Betrug auf Kosten der Käufer !!!! Ich habe nun nach 2 1/2 Monaten endlich mein Geld zurück bekommen !! Hier werde ich nie wieder einkaufen und rate es allen ab, trotz einiger positiven Erfahrungen von anderen.
