Beware of this company. 18 days on from informing them of a death and the Coroner providing the paperwork, which they have lied about when paperwork was received, only contact seems to be through answerphone once you have paid for a direct cremation. Advised as point of paying it’s currently a 3-4 week service. 2 weeks in and nothing. Complaint made through the coroner for the inquest. Reception have no procedure for complaints and can only send email to ask for response. No complaints procedure on line. Despicable respect for the deceased and family. Only recourse is for this review and hope people take note and maybe look elsewhere. Wander if this gets them to inform the family of what has happened and is happening. A persons death is not a numbers game, it’s highly emotive and personal.

Absolutely shocking and unacceptable customer service. Beeb trying to get in touch regarding an existing Will with Farewill but have had absolutely no joy. Calls get directed to a switchboard and the operator says someone will get back to you which doesn't happen. Have tried emailing them as well but no response. I just don't know what to do. I need to discuss an important alaspect of my Will and cannot reach a consultant.

Online will service is very poor. A classic example of "you get what you pay for" find a solicitor and save your time and energy. they will find a reason to decline your online will and will upsell the more expensive phone package.
