I got my hamster cremated here, I was given the most sympathy and care, it took me a while to give her up on Saturday but they understood how hard it was, I collected her individually cremated ashes today in the most beautiful pouch and hair vial and the way they put her hair in looks like her pattern on her back, and the most beautiful poem, Thank you so much for giving my baby so much care ❤️

Really respectful place. We got our hamster cremated here and they only charged us £30 for a private cremation and to get the ashes back. We dropped him off on Saturday morning and he was ready to collect by Monday morning.

After having my poorly Rottweiler put to sleep at home, i got in touch with farewells to take care of him, the respect that Rio was shown was more than i could have wished for, a private ambulance came and he was put on a stretcher and covered with a blanket, the men who came for him were so compassionate, they stroked his head and spoke to him as they put him on the stretcher, i was so touched by the kindness, they asked my daughters if they would like to help carry him to the ambulance, which they did, he was cremated shortly after. I firstly chose the dogs homes crematorium because they're a charity, and i wanted him cremated local, they are experienced and inexpensive. An extra donation was truly appreciated.. I was heartbroken 💔 and they made things so much easier to bare, i couldn't have wanted more, i highly recommend them RIP Rio. You got the best xx
