I have been with Fairport for my level 3 and 4 in Health and Social Care. I am currently struggling with my level 5, not the course work but the ICT exam. Unfortunately this is a big part of me passing, although I am aware that these exams are no longer required. I am already a registered manager but am passionate about completing this for my own self development. There has been 3 occasions now when I could of easily 'chucked in the towel' so to speak, one personal and 2 because of my lack of confidence in my abilities. The only reason I didn't is because of my assessor, now manager (quite rightly so) and her support and, perseverance. She is doing everything to support me to pass except doing the exam for me!, I cannot recommend this company highly enough. Thank you Jodie and thank you Fairport. I retake my exam in July but feel more confident due to the extensive help that Jodie, Claire and Irena have given me and the support I know I will have from Fairport to pass this.
