I had the absolute worst experience at this wedding dress shop. I paid £20 for a bridal appointment. The man working there was incredibly rude and made me feel completely uncomfortable. First of all, he showed me a dress that he claimed was "very expensive and heavy" and acted like he was doing me a favor by even letting me try it on. Then, when I was in the dressing room, he twice warned me to be careful with the zipper and not to close it all the way, which made me feel like he thought I was too clumsy to handle the dress. The lady also looked very unbothered and barely helped me put the dress on. I also had to hold the veil as this ‘high end shop’ did not have a clip to put it into my hair. But the worst part was when he started making comments about how the dress wouldn't fit me. He was looking at my body in a way that made me feel so uncomfortable and ashamed. I left the shop feeling embarrassed and humiliated, and I would never recommend this place to anyone. It's one thing to sell expensive dresses, but it's quite another to make customers feel like they're not good enough to wear them. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.

For a first time bridal appointment, this was a horrible experience. Firstly, they charge a £20 fee just to book the appointment. Upon arrival, we were greeted with rudeness. It was as if the owner and her husband could not care less. Not only is there poor customer service but the wedding dress selection upstairs is also very minimal and boring - definitely not worthy of £20. We wanted to try on some dresses but we’re told we could only try two dresses on, which is so bizarre as the whole point of wedding dress shopping is get a feel for the dresses. The lady also made me feel uncomfortable by telling me I would not fit into dresses (I am a size 8-10). When we finished, we left without any goodbye or thank you. Very poor hospitality and very poor business management. Waste of time and money would not recommend to anyone.

Afghan owned business, lovely & friendly owners. Dresses are beautiful and excellent quality. They have white bridal dresses upstairs as well. Our car’s battery went flat on the way out and the owners had closed down to go home. Called their son who brought the cable and charged our battery. Won’t forget their help. Thank you!!

Concept of the shop is nice as there are not many evening wear dedicated stores but I felt the lady at the reception when you walk in was quite rude and unbothered she doesn’t greet you nicely when you walk in just abruptly tells you to cover shoes (which I understand) but the way she said it wasn’t nice. Also no offer to help or see what you need. Customer service is very important when buying these types of dresses and you are not doing it well. Seems it is very selective from the comments.
