This is a warning to all. Faraday are probably the worse management company in the UK. They are unable to deal with requests, they threaten and bully residents, they ignore emails and most of all they breach GDPR and happily share personal information with other residents (to which I have proof). Ian Gilbert and Harpreet Heer are indifferent. If your building is managed by them or you are about to employ their services, don’t. Run and avoid at all costs. I’ll post up a website in due course with all the evidence from data breaches, complaints, threats, etc.

We can clearly see that there are fake comments to improve the badly rate that is well deserved. Our building is managed by Faraday. I highly advise you to run away from this property management company unless you want to have problems. Our building is still in refurbishment for the last 2 years due to a lack of professionalism. I don’t mention the fact that every months we have water issues but nothing is done to solve the problem. They will tell you yes to everything but don’t do anything…

Faraday have been property managers for our block here in St Johns Wood since 2007 and have been providing a very poor and appalling service to leaseholders. Service charges have been increasing yet the service has been very poor. Recently they sent some leaseholders some threatening letters regarding the fire safety doors that they must be done by a certain date, however there is no Government or official deadline for this to be done. Our block has been mismanaged by Faraday the managing agent and the Freeholders and they don't address our grievances or complaints.

Faraday have recently taken over the management of our building and the difference has been substantial. They are responsive, friendly and take a keen eye to understand what is in the best interests of the building residents. Our cost structure has reduced and been allocated more efficiently and information is always forthcoming. The client service received from Samantha Fletcher is excellent and incomparable to our previous management company, we are all very happy to be having Faraday manage our block.
