    My daughter started having lessons with Alice during the first lockdown of 2020. I originally contacted Alice because I was keen for my daughter to have P.E lessons, at a time when everything was closed to us. We had an initial lesson online, and the rest is history - we have seen Alice once a week since. Alice is incredibly fun, and brings so much energy to her lessons. She is able to adapt the lesson to whichever cuddly teddy or dress up character my child has come to the lesson with. Everything from superheroes, ocean animals, fairies, pirates and fireworks, you name it, we’ve pretty much had a lesson around it. Alice is patient and extremely kind, developing a lovely friendship with my child. She literally cannot wait to have her lessons with Alice - they are a highlight of our week. In the words of my seven year old, Alice is “fun, exciting, awesome and epic”. What better recommendation than that.

    I would highly recommend Alice to anyone who is looking for a PT. Not only is she encouraging of whatever journey you are on, but her knowledge knows no bounds. She has given me the confidence to use machines/equipment that I thought as "men's" equipment and has helped me achieve goals that I never thought I would be able to achieve. She will push you to your limits knowing that you can do more than you think you can. She doesn't just provide support and encouragement during your hour PT sessions but also provides helpful exercise tips and meal plans as well. All in all, a great PT!

    I have always struggled with confidence in the gym and knowing what to do but since working with Alice I've been able to walk into the gym with my head held high and with knowledge behind me :) Alice is a legend herself, she has made me realise what I'm capable of and given me the push I needed towards my goals! She is everyone's biggest cheerleader! No matter how you feel when you start your session you always end it with a smile on your face.

    I have been having PT sessions with Alice at Fantasy Fitness Squad. She is very friendly and approachable. She has been training me for over 6 months and I feel so much fitter and mentally better. She know what I can do and pushes me a little, or sometimes a lot as she knows I can do it even though I find it very daunting. She has amazing resources with workout plans and even videos if your unsure what each of the exercises are. She is always available when I have needed to ask questions. I would recommend Alice if your looking to push yourself or unsure where to start in the gym/exercising.

    I have been having one-to-one PT sessions with Alice since November and I can honestly say it’s the best thing I’ve ever done. I was never someone who enjoyed the gym and had huge worries about going by myself but since starting sessions with Alice this has completely changed and I now come to the gym 3/4 times a week. Because of my PT sessions I have become so much more confident in myself in and out of the gym, I’m so much more comfortable in my own skin, I’m feeling so strong and doing things I never imagined I could.     I have been training with Alice for around 2 years now and this was my best decision ever!! Before I started doing PT with Alice I was thinking what difference will it make but now I have seen this. My strength has increased as I am now squaring with 75kg and have become stronger and fitter. I can guarantee that when you do have a PT session with Alice you will be in pain the next day 😂 which I like as I believe no pain no gain. Alice is so easy to talk to and there is never an awkward silence in our session. I am very happy with the decision I have made and have also seen a change in my appearance. Alice also sends monthly workout programs and food programs which are amazing as if I am going to the gym on my own I will do one of her workouts and trust me at the end of that you are sweaty .     When I first started at the gym I wasn't really sure what I needed to do. I had never lifted a weight before and didn't know how to use any of the equipment in the gym. I started attending some of the classes and Alice explained things in a clear way and she really friendly and motivating. When I decided that pt sessions was the way forward for me there was no doubt who I wanted to approach to be my pt and thats where the journey with Alice began. I love going to my pt sessions and look forward to them every week. Alice has helped me build my confidence, my strength and shown me that I am a legend! Never in a million years did I think I would be using free weights, squating the equivalent of a person or being confident enough to even lift the weights i can now lift. Not only does Alice give us excellent support in the sessions but also is on hand to support us all the way through. The meal plans that she sets up for us are a great support and knowing the right things to be eating and the tasty recipes really help to stay on track with eating healthy. If I had to recommend a personal trainer then no doubt it would be Alice she will be your cheerleader and get you to achieve the results you want!
