Absolutely amazing experience today, we have been in for several appointments at Fancy Frox, picking a wedding dress, bridesmaid dresses, suits. Today we went in for dress fittings and the staff in the shop were so friendly and helpful. It's a really nice environment in store and all of my appointments have been great. Couldn't reccomend this shop any more. Can't wait to go back for the next appointment.

Absolutely appalling! I told them my budget was £500 for my daughters prom dress but they gave me a well reasoned dress for £475. My daughter then needed alterations for the dress to fit her which cost another £90! They SCAMMED me by telling me the budget excluding the fitting charge. Shameful costumer service at ridiculous prices!

After a bit of a dress panic (with another store) I went to see Molly at Fancy Frox today. She was absolutely amazing, listened to my life story (sorry about that!😅) and hand picked several options for me to try on. Nothing was too much bother, Molly was just like a best friend and is clearly awesome at her job. I found my perfect dress and am so happy! I am going back next week for the bridesmaids dresses. Highly recommend any bride to be to visit this lovely shop. Thank you so much again. x

Danny has been incredibly helpful in sourcing a dress & having it sent to us direct from the supplier. We spoke with a number of local shops, none of which seemed able to do what Danny was able to. After failing locally we emailed Fancy Frox, not really expecting a positive outcome, but Danny was superb in helping us out & the dress arrived a few days later. I went to Fancy Frox with my daughter today to find a year 11 prom dress. We booked an appointment and while my daughter was there she tried about 10 dresses on. The shop is packed full of beautiful dresses; so there’s lots of choice. The staff were very helpful and patient in helping to find the perfect dress. My daughter can’t wait to wear it.
