After reaching out to five eight print for a quote, and sending a number of follow up emails over the course of 2 months and I still have no quote. This quote was intended to be a 'test' order so that I could evaluate quality. I work for a reasonably large organisation that has constant demand for print, business cards, flyers, posters etc. Its a real shame, we could have put a good amount of regular orders their way but this lack of contact after follow up emails suggest they don't want the business. I just find the complete lack of response RUDE and extremely unprofessional.
