    My experience has been pretty much the same as everyone else. Receptionists are not properly trained and are so rude that they will hang up the phone on you. Doesn’t matter how politely you speak to them, they are rude from the second they pick up the phone. They have no idea how long anything takes. No one contacts you with test results. Waiting times on the phone always 30mins+. There is no privacy when speaking to receptionists at the desk in the surgery. It’s not hard to show basic compassion when people who are unwell are looking for some help. I feel sorry for anyone who has to use this practice on a regular basis.

    I have been at the doctors since 1993. The doctors are fantastic always do a great job and good care, however the reception this morning dident care how worried I am after finding a lump on my abdominal erea. Very rude even with how polite I was, she had 0 interest in helping me after telling her how worried and unsettled I was , then puts the phone down, no buy no nothing I had a question she just put the phone down unbelievable now I don't no who to see to get help, left me feeling very worried 😢

    Very poor service from this GP. Went there due to severe head pain. I was given an appointment with the nurse who only checked the pulse and the blood pressure,. 5 minutes appointment. I was asked to go home (he not even confirmed if i live with someone in case I lost consciousness) and come back in couple days time if feel worse. I have immediately made and appointment with the private GP who took my health problems seriously and arranged appointments with specialists.

    Have been registered with this practice since the 80's ...have moved home several times but luckily enough to still be in their catchment area ...right from the receptionist ...nurses Dr's and practice manager the service is always spot on..I have never felt rushed...and always felt they they have done their very best to help any situation.....I was very surprised to read the negative comments on here......it would be very hard to find a better practice anywhere.... 10/10. *****7.3.23 ***** Heavens above ...Im not sure whats happened to this once truly amazing practice ......but the receptionist can sometimes be very abrupt even rude!! you call to make life easy for yourself, and the practice too by sorting things in advance, .. ......and they still cant get it right ..I'm sick of complaining......I tried to arrange a prescription verbally by phone, and also in writing..to no avail.. then on top of that I'm given attitude by the receptionist ... and told 3/5 days for the manager to call me to sort the problem out! what was once an amazing practice ...is at now at best mediocre !!

    Staff from reception upwards are amazing, what ever time I call they will do there best to help me. I suffer with depression and lost count the amount of times I've had to call up due to a really bad day and they've got me a call back from the Dr and of needed a face to face appointment the same day. Ive had to see a few gp's over the years due to health issues and this GP surgery has been the best
