Initial Miam with mediator was wonderful. Felt positive. 1st joint mediation was terrible. It was with a mediator I didn't expect. She hadn't read the file, nor did she know who had brought the initial mediation.(admitted at start of mediation.) I feel the outcome was not what it could have been because of this negligence.
