Family matters Doncaster, Two words “SHOCKING” & “BIASED” Awful would not recommend to anyone!!! Absolutely not professional in any way shape or form, if you attend your appointment your automatically entitled to a C100 form from them, giving the other parent not even a chance for mediation discussion when attending there first appointment!!!! Constantly chasing telephone calls and emails, for an update!!!! DISGRACEFUL SERVICE & CENTRE!!!

Absolutely shocking service. After paying £130 and been told I had a appointment the next morning if I missed my appointment I would loose my money. I recieved no phone call so i proceeded to call them back 17 times with no reply!!!!!!! Another government run service that's failing the public
