Signed a court document stating I had failed to engage in mediation when they had not contacted me.

Contacted them because they claimed to have experience of mediation where one of the parties is autistic. I found them to be quite cold and unhelpful and Juliette Dalrymple was incredibly inappropriate and discrimatory in demanding a commitment from one party (but not the other) that they should commit in advance to agree to compromise "because people with autism don't like compromise". These stereotypical tropes help nobody. Withdrew from mediation in the end because I didn't trust them.

I was dreading the first meeting, worried what the outcome would be, however Juliette was really diplomatic and supportive where needed. Everything was clear and once you get your head around the process it makes much more sense to use this than the courts. It made a bitter and emotional process much easier and diplomatic.

My experience of mediation to start with was a bit doubtful, however I found the mediator Lesley Dudleston very friendly and made me at ease . They were very professional and impartial and tried to help in every way for us to come to a agreement. Thankyou

I found the mediation sessions really helpful and we managed to get to an agreement that suited us both. The online session was fine as well to get to that final agreement. Overall I was really happy with the whole process during this really difficult period in my life.
