The instructors at FMA Prescot are fantastic! So friendly and approachable. My son really looks up to and respects them both and looks forward to each class. His confidence has grown so much since joining and he is slowly starting to feel able to defend himself against bullies. It is excellent for fitness, discipline, confidence building and self defence.

30 min Classes for Little Leader Age Group - And although I completely understand for this age, teaching technique/combinations etc is limited I believe the cost should therefore be reflected on that basis. My child is 5 & really enjoyed attending weekly but I was unable to justify or afford the Cost for him to move onto the Blackbelt Course (£3001) Gradings occur approx every 6/8 weeks & were a additional £30 for their Belt & Certificate. From a discipline/exercise perspective I’d 100% recommend however from a Costing Perspective its a complete Rip Off.
