Housing association one of the worst ive dealt with enquiries not dealt with properly complaint system not adequate this is definitely not a housing association with there citizens in mind name gets changed every so often new vans new uniforms new cars but yet there homes fail beyond repair

Can't fault them had problems with another housing team and optima helped us though our worries. We managed to find a place to live within 6 months of signing up for a new home and they have helped us with any information we needed can't THANK THEM ENOUGH 👍😊
