This organisation let us down terribly. They did not listen to us from the beginning. They were happy to take our money when we were in crisis and vulnerable. When we began to challenge them, we were dismissed and they refused to take any responsibility for their negligence. Worst of all, they let our child down, who was and still is in need of therapeutic support.

We have been using FF's psychotherapy service for my 13-year old child for the past 10 months, with a mixture of sessions with one, or two therapists. My daughter had previously not engaged with two tier CAMHS services and was very reluctant to meet any other mental health professional, and FF's approach was able to build enough trust for her to attend and engage. We have always felt heard and supported, and the support for us as parents in times of difficulty, and also for education, has been invaluable.
