Large walled garden- disappointing in that there was very little information about planting and the plants. Nine pounds entry for a relatively short visit. Lots of drafting around the garden if you need to sit and rest. Cafe was very busy, a bit chaotic and expensive.

My family visited the Willow Tree weaving this weekend , found this very theraputic , we most thoroughly enjoyed this new activity in the lovely setting of Helmsley Walled Gardens , such a beautiful place, the Castle is also a great backdrop for that photo opportunity. Don't forget to visit the cafe too..wonderful cakes , I most deffinetly reccomend the lemon and mint spritz 🙂
