I would highly recommend Karen , sports massage therapist. In my opinion she has the magic touch. In one visit she successfully sorted out all the stiffness in my knee and hip so I am walking easily and without pain once more. She is now working on my shoulders. My golf has improved no end š.

This is my third pregnancy and I was recommended to try a Chiropractic for support during my pregnancy by my local midwife as I had developed āpelvic girdle painā also known as āSPDā. I became increasingly miserable with this condition in my previous pregnancy, and practically immobile so I wanted to try and find a way to manage it. I found Family Chiropractic on Hythe Road through a Google search, soon I met with the team here at Family Chiropractic and I havenāt looked back. My Chiropractic is extremely patient and knows what he is doing to ease and treat the pain around SPD. I have had a brilliant experience with them and have remained completely mobile. This has been such a pleasant experience, and I couldnāt recommend this treatment enough if you are a woman and experiencing the same issues I have had. I am now 33 weeks pregnant, mobile and pain free and I honestly feel this is down to the treatment they have provided me. Please do not hesitate to use this practice, they are brilliant!
