If I could give one star I would, they write up notes from memory at a later date which means the facts are skewed and deviated away from. All they seem to care about is profit and taking your money not aiding the contact. If there's Domestic violence that will help the abuser to dominate and coercively control their victim, they do not know how to set boundaries with individuals like this and so do everything the abuser asks. Terrible service, immoral and just wants your money. * after I left this review I was contacted by the worker who decided to punish me for reviewing the service on Google, as is open to everyone. She has claimed I made allegations against her personally in my review and withdrew contact which was arranged over Christmas due to leaving an open and honest review of the service. This is concerning that they punish famalies who review and so effectively people are unable to leave honest reviews on here. Be warned that if you leave review they will punish you and your children for this. My child had left pictures at the centre he made which Anne Benn promised him he would get next time. He is now unable to get the pictures he made and they had no issue with breaking a promise to a 6 year old boy, showing just how little they care about children. The service is currupt in the way they force people into leaving positive reviews and punish those who use Google (a public service) in an honest way.

Contacted Families Forward on the 19th July to confirm availability for the 17th September and was told it is confirmed. I booked my $3k flight from the USA to see my daughter. On the 27th July I was told that they have decided to close on this day and I move my date. The answer is NO I can't, this is a hugely expensive trip for me to make and I have to book a couple of months in advance due to this yet now it seems that because Families Forward operate like a charity and not a business they don't understand that this has significant impact on peoples lives. My daughter has down syndrome and I've been stopped by the mother from seeing her for several years and on my last video call was so excited to see her daddy in a few weeks yet this attitude does not put families first but their own agenda!!!

Families forward. More like monies forward. Only interested in money not the children. They will take on your referral even if they know there are any on going police investigations. They state that they will consider it and demand you pay the £100 referral fee. What they fail to mention is that it is policy that anyone under investigation will NOT be considered at all nor will you get a refund. But they will tell you that you may be considered. If you are under police investigation do not pay them anything because even after the investigation is over you will have to pay again. It's all about the money and not the kids. They are knowingly doing this. They tried it with me and failed. Dont fall into the trap of wasting your money with these deceitful morons. They are supposed to be a charity. Charities help people not exploit them
