I honestly don’t even know where to start because how can I have such a bad experience with a company without even using their services? I booked a 90 minutes service with them on wowcher and I called to book an appointment for it 5x!!! First they said they can’t tell me what’s included I shouldn’t ask them I should check on wowcher. Thankfully I sent a breakdown to my partner so I could figure it out because wowcher told me to ask the beauty salon😂 Second call they said they are fully booked for the next 6-7 weeks. Third call they asked me to call back in 15 minutes Fourth call they asked me to call back tomorrow Fifth call they couldn’t give me an appointment for the 90 minutes treatment plus a pedicure that I would pay for in extra. First she said she would have to split it into 2 days then she kept offering me days (end of July) where I’m not in the country. Then she said shes going to close in 15 minutes and she has no time for this now. Every single time all of the women I talked had a horrible attitude they are so rude & clueless keep passing the phones to each other. I had to explain the same thing multiple times to different people. They dont even let me know they are passing the phone to someone else I would just hear someone “hello”-ing on the line & it’s now a new person. This is honestly so much headache I’m regretting even paying £1 for this company. Needless to say I will get a full refund from wowcher and I raised a complain with them too. They shouldnt be on wowcher or do any deals at all to be honest because the tone changes so much so quick once they hear its a wowcher booking. EDIT: You might want to delete the lies in your reply because all of our phone calls were recorded. That’s just an app on my phone unfortunately for you…. I never shouted and I was never told you cant offer me the service. To be honest the attitude of your replies already show enough 🙃

The massage where it was taking place shocked me. Its a tiny corridor with curtains surounded where no space to move around to get underessed but for the person who actually did the message. Could hear conversation from the people 2 meters away and their procedure which was so uncomfortable. Actuall massage and facial did not feel proffesional at all. Massage table was not even a massage one as when you lay down on your stomach there was not hole to put your face in.. was so uncomfortable all 1.30h.. all place and the journey had to go through looked very poor
