A really wonderful, diverse church community! As a part-time MSc student with a part-time job, I'd been distracted from Church through the lockdowns, and was looking for somewhere that would root me in a strong faith through the ups and downs of normal life. The first time I met the Fal Vineyard community (down Swanpool beach - classic!) I couldn't have been more delighted - the genuine joyfulness and hospitality of the people gathered there instantly put me at ease! The Church has a core of strong, comprehensive teaching explained creatively and very clearly, and a passion for worship that doesn't hype anything up, but expects God to meet each individual in His timing. Integral to this community's mission is the belief that God is willing and eager to use each of us in unique ways to bring His kingdom - His sovereignty - into Falmouth, Penryn and beyond; the Church embodies this vision in practical ways through organising community-based projects such as litterpicking, and also through establishing links with other churches in the local area. I honestly couldn't recommend this church more!

It's incredible to have such a support group when you're at uni, no-one is every too busy to chat or encourage you. I've definitely made Falmouth Vineyard my home church.

Vineyard Church is such a family orientated church where I felt welcome since day one. Everyone is so lovely and chatty and you instantly feel comfortable when you arrive. As a new student to Falmouth, Vineyard church has definitely been the right place to grow my faith and be surrounded with other Christian students. One thing I love about Vineyard is their mission to serve the community which they do through Grow Baby and Love Where You Live, as well as other projects. I love being part of Falmouth Vineyard Church.
