I have been using John Michaels for at least 13 years.... always have the same hairdresser, so good continuity... the hairdressers are on Butter Market now not The Walk. A hair basin has recently been installed, so if you have limited mobility this is not an issue. 13 years speaks for itself but, I recommend highly. You are listened to and any actions are discussed. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and very professional. Here's to the next 13 years ladies! See you soon.☺
