I took my 2008 skoda here for a routine service/MOT, the first in my ownership of the car. There ended up being lots of problems with the car, parts seized and corroded, alignment issues and leaky shocks. Through the whole process they regularly updated me, talked me through options to keep the cost down, and were very accommodating. The final price was very fair for all the work and effort that went into what ended up being a very tricky repair job, and the mechanic came out and talked me through everything they’d done and their recommendations for any advisories when I picked up the car. They even fixed a windscreen washer fluid bottled I’d mentioned, and filled it up for me. A great team and would definitely recommend! Excellent. The service at reception was very polite, efficient and clear. The servicing of the car was good (as far as I can tell) and they even cleaned the car for me. I checked the price against a few other garages before booking my car into here and the prices are comparable to competitors. However, I think Fallsbrook has the edge due to their excellent customer service. This is definitely not one mechanic working in some filthy railways arches.
