I was happy the staff deal with everyone in a friendly and professional and knowledgeable way. But was so shoked with delivery . In the deliver day. The delivery man leaves a fence near the bushes, and as a woman I asked him to brought to the garden side because I had no helpers. Delivery poor man (a young guy) said first: the fences don't go through my garden door, and secondly, he said they were too heavy. Being single mom and pregnant, I tried my best to see if the fence did not go through my garden door. As you can see in the picture I DID MYSELF , the fences go through the garden door, but for delivery man were too heavy. I don't know if he has to do this job....... IF DELIVERY is only to the nearest point, this must be indicated for delivery, but it should not be said that your fence is longer than the garden door and You cant do it.
