Last night my 6 year old daughters beloved horse needed to be put to sleep due to old age and multi organ failure. I don’t normally write reviews but I feel I must really say how comforting our experience was. Upon his arrival the gentleman made it very clear there was no rush, this gave my children the time to say good bye. The gentleman was very well dressed in shirt and tie. He was very softly spoken and showed so much respect explaining every step of what he needed to do to load her body for removal once the children were out of sight. The level of professionalism made this so much more bearable. I honestly can put my hand on my heart knowing that even when she was taken away she would still receive the same level of respect. I cannot thank him enough for his honest kindness. Thank you form Myself, my Wife and children.
