    Oliver and Stephanie were knowledgeable, considerate and professional. We have a pittosporum tree that had been badly butchered before we bought the property. It was showing signs of Coral Spot and a number of dead boughs and branches. We were keen to find an arboriculture expert and not just a wood cutter. They visited and assessed the damage and developed a plan. Oliver decided the tree needed much deadwood removing, the removal of a pretty but dense passion flower creeper to open up the canopy and the clearance of an area under the tree to introduce specialist feed and mulch with oak chippings. We had to wait for the feed to be sourced but the end result was worth it. We also learned so much from Oliver as he worked on site. A great team and affordable too.

    Fallen & Found helped source then organised transport and planting of a 27ft Deodar Cedar in my garden. Oliver is very knowledgeable and designed various elements to the planting that will provide the best opportunity for the tree to thrive helped by a discrete and solid anchor system. The logistical exercise was managed well and care was taken not to damage anything during this major exercise and the site was left pristine. Occasional slow response to calls and a full price for the service are the reasons for 4 rather than 5 stars not the quality of service provided.
