A customer for many years, and would have highly recommended them over and above any other once apon a time, but sadly in light of more recent experience I feel the helpfulness I once knew, has gone. The priorities now seem to be more about rediculous rules, than the welfare of the animal in need. This may be due to a higher authority, but the outcome is the same. Luckily another vet was happy to help, offering a same day appointment, because, like me, they felt the animal needed to be seen, otherwise he would have suffered. Thing is, I'm not sure I'd have the confidence to call next time I need them now. Sorry guys, Very sad.
