I dont know why this clinic has such awful reviews. The staff are very friendly and happy to assist. The treatment is all free. They prescribed me some medicine which turned out to be ineffective following test results. They informed me and ordered me in a new medicine. It is very efficient and overall a good clinic.

Absolutely insane waiting times and an incredibly inefficient system. Security guard is beyond useless and is too lazy to go downstairs when people arrive so you have to wait outside for up to 15 mins. They accept a maximum of 30 people for the walk in which was filled up by 10 minutes after opening. Waited over 2.5 hours and they only got around to seeing 6-8 patients an hour which is ridiculously slow. The staff here are good and non judgemental but do yourself a favor and book an appointment to avoid this torture.

I am so disappointed with the new rules “if I can say that” at Falcon Road SHSWL clinic. Back in 2019, 2020 used to be extremely professional, quick to deal with issues, appointments, prescriptions, care, treating their patients extremely well, easy to call and get appointment, when our medication was due to finish near the time we used to receive a call or txt message remind us to get a appointment and to collect our medication. Was kind of doctors or nurses following properly our healthy progress now they don’t care, no more txt, no more remind, can’t get appointment. I have to miss work several hours early mornings unpaid of course, Now a days they barely answer the phone, if you want a appointment is for a month time, if you need repeat prescription they don’t get appointment anymore for this all you have to do is walking in between 8am or before and before 11am to ask for your prescription but by 9am they say to come next day as it’s already reached the quantity of people on that day. What a MESS. I’ve been on Prep for over a year and never had problem now it’s been 2 weeks I haven’t take any as it’s finished and trying everyday to get it, but for their incompetence I didn’t get ir yet. How crazy is that? I call everyday for appointment but none appointments available it’s so luck of respect towards to their patient. Absolutely dreadful. Everything in this bloody mess they blame the pandemic, my job has to continuously get done, actually doing more and more each day, with or without pandemic. I don’t understand which world they are living yet. I really don’t. It’s the most frustrating episode I am living in. Goodness me.

READ THIS BEFORE YOU DECIDE TO GO TO THIS CLINIC I have an appointment with the clinic and I have just waited outside the clinic in the freezing cold for 30mins, the security guard won’t bother showing up until an appointment time to open the door for everyone. Save yourself some time and go to a clinic that doesn’t operate this ridiculous and inhumane locked door policy and allows you to wait inside

Drs and such are kind but their toilets are AWFUL sanitary bins literally overflowing, wet floors. Impossible to grab toilet tissue without shoving Ur entire hand into the the toilet paper disposer. Absolutely disgusting. You would think at a gum clinic the cleanliness of toilets should be a priority. Goodness sake you will walk out with a sti from using their loos.
