We were having trouble with Mice in our property. Mo came for 3 visits in which he laid out bait, eradicated and discarded the rodents and blocked up any entry points to prevent future problems. I highly recommend Falcon, and Mo himself went above and beyond to not only deal with the problem but his reassurance and friendly communication meant we were far less stressed about the situation and he is just a great guy in general. He also dealt with our elderly neighbours similar problem, and even though our neighbour is over 90 with quite a severe lack of hearing, Mo was incredible with him and is a credit to his company! Had a great experience with the Falcon team, quick and responsive to my request to add seagull cages to my chimneys. They coordinated with different scaffold firms, seeking the best quote and the work was done as soon as the scaffolding was in place. Friendly, efficient and the quality of the work was excellent. I would highly recommend!

We have recently started using Falcon Environmental Services for a number of large commercial solar panel installations in the Plymouth area, both sites located on the river Tamar and a history of nesting birds. From the very beginning it has been a joy to work with Kerry, Matt, and the team. The results have been fantastic, we have gone from having hundreds of birds on a roof to a dozen in a matter of weeks. I would not hesitate to use Falcon for future projects and I would recommend them to anyone that needs any Hawking needs. Service: General wildlife removal

I had a really terrible experience with Falcon, it started really positively with them sending out a pest expert who told me I had squirrels, so I started a treatment programme for squirrels. However after a few weeks the owner of falcon came to visit the property by chance and said that it wasn’t squirrels it was mice. So started me on another treatment programme. The office team then emailed me to schedule in another appointment, to which I didn’t respond but an expert came over anyway and I wasn’t there which they counted as a missed appointment, despite the fact I hadn’t confirmed I was available. I then went away for a month over Christmas, and when I got back into contact with them they said that I had waited too long and that they had finished their programme despite the fact they had only treated the mice problem on one occasion as they had been wrongly treating the house for squirrels for several months. They never even looked for signs of rodents in my kitchen and so I didn’t realise they had invaded that area aswell. The owner then came over and said put some filler in the floor and gave me a rodent deterring alarm and said they couldn’t do anymore. I still have a rodent problem and have now had to speak to the environmental agency and Rentokil and spend another large sum of money (on top of the £280 I spent with falcon) to fix the problem. Not good value for money, and the customer service was very poor on the part of the receptionist. I would stick with Rentokil. Service: Rodent extermination

The team very professionally dealt with a rodent problem. They came up with a solution to gain access to a difficult to reach roof space. The problem was dealt with professionally, courteously and discretely. Everything was left in a clean, tidy and hygienic condition. All of this was done at a very reasonable price point. This was mainly for my own peace of mind but the team were very knowledgeable on the subject and were quick to act.
