Walked into the store a few days ago randomly and found the managers to be kind and welcoming. They knew I had just randomly popped in and may not buy anything but they still treated rather well; answered all my questions, told me the story of their venture and showed me new lines of enamel products. When I asked if I was bothering them they said “no! It’s nice to have foot traffic” and I left feeling good about it. I already own this product and I will continue to buy from them

Because of Brexit, custom fees are added. Even if the store put a link to these fees, they don't write it on the bill and it appears like 0€. So you think it's ok, you don't have to pay it and it's included in the price (also expensive !). BE CAREFULL !!! DON'T BUY IN THE UK STORE ANYMORE IF YOU ARE OUT OF UK !!! You will have to pay these customs fees, moreover with a new tax because it's not paid at the beginning (7,2€ and custom fees). run away far from this thieves website !!! They won't do anything for you, just honey words... I can't put 0 stars but I really would like to do it !!!

Had a issue with a water Jug that was depositing small black particles when using. after contacting Falcons customer services they weren’t very interested in resolving the issue and was quite argumentative only offered me a very small discount to re-order a new jug, the saying goes if you win the argument you lose the customer and that’s what’s happened won’t be ordering again from Falcon.

NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL! Ordered some mugs, after one usage / wash a chip of the coating immediately came off. Contacted customer service and they told me it's normal apparently. Low quality products, you can find much cheaper and more robust enamelware elsewhere.

An online order I placed went missing. Having called the only phone number available for Falcon Enamelware and leaving voice messages I've had no response. Several emails sent and again, no response. Poor customer service. DHL seem to think the package will be delivered today...let's see if it actually turns up this time.
