Appalling coordination for collecting renal patients treated like left luggage. Waiting 2 hours or more to be picked up after dialysis. I live 5 minutes away by car from St Charles and am the last person to be picked up. Mobility issues prevent me from walking home.

I have used this ambulance service yesterday 02/12/2021 and: - originally booked for pick up time at 10am(advance booking) but they managed to arrived at 1035 in Charing Cross hospital - 35 minutes late. - Going back to Charing Cross hospital from St Marys Hospital was Horrible experience! - I arrived in Transport lounge at 12.50, at first they can’t find my booking. It took 5-10 minutes for them to find it. I have told them on my arrival that I am shivering and I think I have fever which I am in treatment for sepsis. They haven’t said anything. - I received a text about my transport at 1259, saying “Hello. Your patient transport will arrive within 30 minutes, this is subject to change dependent on traffic. Please remember to wear a face covering or surgical mask. See you soon” - 10 minutes prior I received the second text at 1418 - the Male staff did informed me that my transport will be here in the next 20 minutes. - at 1418, I have spoken with the staff as I’m feeling dizzy and my head will be burst. The staff said they will check but now got back to me - at 1510, I went to speak with the staff and the controller saying that it will probably will have more than 40 minutes of waiting but the male said, they said it’s only 30 minutes. I have reminded them that I don’t feel well. I’m shivering and my head is painful. - At 1530h, I took the risk to take taxi and when I arrived in 7N, I have 39C temperature. Flack ambulance - you don’t know how to prioritise your patients, you don’t know how to assess patients, you don’t know how to escalate to more trained medical/clinics staff about the clinically poor patients. Your service is poor and you should be honest to your patients.

I would give it zero if I could, Rubbish rubbish service which doesn’t value patients time and health. They forgot to pick up the patient in the morning, On the way back waiting 2/3 hrs in hospital for them to arrive while keep saying it takes 10/15 min to arrive Disgusting service

The reason I’m giving a 2 star rating the ambulance crews and transport lounges are great but the lack of knowledge of the route planners in Milton Keynes is less than favourable if you have an appointment you have to book an hour prior to your appointment so you get there on time my gripe is that the planning of routes for returning home from hospital can be tortuous example I’m wheelchair bound with some breathing difficulties so I travel alone for an appointment that lasted an hour meaning I spent in total waiting from 11 am till 12.15 to go had my appointment finished 2 pm it took Falck 4 hours to get me home in the rush hour which in my opinion is far to long I missed my medication time by 2 hours I belive if Falck can’t provide the service they should pay for a private car hire company to stop these delays. Longest time I’ve waited to go home is 9 hours from st Mary’s and my Charing Cross experiance on Tuesday well I could have crawled home in the time they took to get me home also the vehicles do not provide social distancing for more than one passenger as layed down by government standards one driver had 5 people to take home in a Peugeot boxer van which is les than 2 meters wide and only 3 meters in length that is not safe

Falck were booked to pick up my mother and take her to hospital for a drive through covid test and then return her straight home. After picking her up and driving her a short distance, they returned her home as they said they don't do wait and returns! I explained my mum was to have an operation on Tuesday which couldn't go ahead unless she attended this covid test, but they just kept repeating to me that they don't do this service. The hospital was approx 3 miles away but they refused and the driver told me she had been sent all the way from Wembley. In the end they agreed to transport me and my wheelchair bound mother to hospital where they left us to make our own way home after the test. Thanks Falck.
