Blows your mind....last time I had falafel,they where bone dry,these are just to die for,so much attention to adding extra layers of flavours to it,like using a dribble of tahini(key ingredient to making humus),which usually has a strong flavour,but somehow overpowered by the fresh spicys' embracing the ingredients of the falafel,then theirs the salad ,say know more.....very filling,as well as, healthy lifestyle eating .... can't recommend it more...
