I went to Wandsworth to view their plants. The lady I spent time with said she would need to speak to my designers to give me an accurate quote for the plant installation I wanted. Once I contacted my designers they said they had another fake plant company we could use and got a quote from them. The new company were unable to show me any examples of their work in a showroom or on display in London. I went back to Fake Landscapes and asked for a quote from them using the information supplied by the designers. However, they said that as I had got a quote from somewhere else they were no longer able to help me. Mind blown. I explained the company I had the quote from were unable to show me examples of their work and I had already been to their warehouse in Wandsworth, taking an afternoon off clinic to make the trek. Seeing the quality of the product was important to me. However they still refused to quote for the job. Hence wasting my time. I would not do business with this company or recommend any one else does. Completely unprofessional and wasted my valuable time. The attitude of the man on the phone - Shaun - was unbelievably rude and unhelpful.
