My daughter has been at Fairytales nursery since she was 10 months old and is now within her final year there. The staff are fantastic always very friendly and welcoming. Harpers development has been amazing since she has been with Fairytales. We are always updated on pick up how her day has been, what she has eaten if she has slept and also on the blossom app which is amazing. Harpers key workers abbie and sarah have been fantastic. Also Donna for her great communication with parents and keeping the nursery notice boards up to date and looking bright and wonderful. Harper loves Fairytales, would definitely recommend š xxxxxx

My first daughter went to a brilliant nursery. So when my second baby was looking to start I was very apprehensive because we had such a brilliant experience before. Fairytales reassured me and have always listened to what I want for my baby. Yes THEY LISTEN TO PARENTS. My daughter settled in so well at 7mths. She smiles when she knows she is going nursery. Iām so happy with fairytales because I know my daughter is getting the best care. Staff are professional and approachable. Highly recommended

I am new to Birmingham and also a first time mother. We chose this nursery after our 1st viewing from all the nurseries. Our heart was set at this nursery as we felt our baby would be safe and comfortable. My baby enjoys the nursery and the most important is the staff communication is excellent, uploading photos of our baby activities and always keeping us informed. I would recommend this nursery.

My daughter has been going to this nursery for 2 years now. She started at 10 months old. I cannot thank the Fairytales staff enough. They put my mind at ease and it was evident in all their teachings they provided the best of care. My daughter was taught independence from a young age and that is all thanks to the staff. She is now thriving in the older room. I feel at ease knowing she is being well looked after whilst I am at work. Thank you to the whole team.

Was very disappointed with the care provided to my child, he was at the nursery for 9months. He was not academically challenged, nor was his day to day activities communicated to me regularly. I raised my concerns with class staff, manager and director on several occasions but, was told that they had many other children they had to see to. Since then, my son has left and they have been rated as 'inadequate'
