Beware pre-ordering from this business, especially if you are not local. If something happens where a refund is needed or they are unable to provide a product, you will have to fight for it, and may even require to go the legal route. I placed a pre-order for items I knew weren't coming for a while, but didn't except it to take more than 3 years. Now that they've raised the price to 3 times more than what I originally paid, I have yet to receive any communication for a refund. I've sent PayPal money requests, Facebook messages (which is literally the only communication this business has besides calling, and I'm an International customer) and have been blocked, and sent emails based on the email provided by PayPal (which doesn't actually exist, all emails were returned). It's been 6 weeks now since I was told I would get an email with information about my order. I'm kind of at my wits end, because now it just feels like they are stealing from me. They mentioned they sent out emails regarding these pre-orders, but I have had zero communication. They are only responding to people who are buying their products, and are ignoring those who want their money back. They turn off all Facebook comments because they get flooded with people asking for money back. I left a comment on a Facebook post, and went to look for it the next day, and noticed it was no longer there, so I guess they are also deleting comments. I was kind of looking forward to buying from them in the future, but cannot currently justify the prices they are now asking for their Kingdom & Beyond collection, but will no longer be following for future updates. I will continue sending PayPal money requests until a refund is given. Edit: The reply doesn't even mention giving a refund, even though I have asked for it multiple times. My comment that was removed from Facebook was asking how to get in contact for pre-orders for Kingdom & Beyond, on the actual first post regarding Kingdom & Beyond. I am unable to visit your shop, because I am in the US. Due to the 10 hour shifts I work, I'm also unable to call because the shop is closed by the time I'm able to. I understand the prices of things increase, and you are offering a discount for those who did pre-order, but I do not think I'm being unreasonable asking for a refund, minus the £10 deposit.

Tried several different ways of contacting this company, don't get responses and have been blocked from their Facebook page now. I'm owed over £1000. Have tried to find out what they will do about it, i.e refund or exchanges but just get ignored. Even emailed the special email they said they created for incomplete orders. Nothing back from them at all.

Having pre ordered a kingdom and beyond piece I’m 2021. I unfortunately had to ask for a refund when the piece had change designed due to licensing issue with Disney. However I replied to their email offering a refund 2 months ago. I have been chasing my refund every week ever since. Still waiting for the management team to contact me. Which is funny because on Facebook it is said over and over again that it’s just Dan and Nicki but now all of a sudden there is a management team. Also as Dan is the owner of the shop you would think he would save his reputation.

Absolutely shambles of a business. I’m owed over £170 was promised exchange items that were never sent so then asked for my money back to be blocked on messenger on facebook and on their pages. Will be contacting small claims court to get my money back just like hundreds of others have had to do!!! Avoid at all costs.

Shame I have to give a one star review as I have ordered from here quite a lot. No problems until I received the Deluxe Belle which was damaged, asked for a replacement, no problem, was told I would be reimbursed up to £10 for postage. No exchange item or postage received. Went to PayPal and got my money back for the Belle figure as none of my messages were being responded to and I could see the damaged item had been delivered to them. Still had an order with them for the Deluxe Ariel which I was told would be available last March, then the summer. They released a statement about Enesco not fulfilling their orders, absolutely fine. However I have not been able to get my refund after multiple points of contact. I’m am desperate for this money back especially with the cost of living crisis. Please, just contact me to give me my refund, I’ve seen you have refunded other people, therefor you can refund me too.

Ordered an item on January 29th, been unable to get through via email, the links to contact on the website do not work. Very unhappy will not use these again. I continued to get no response from the shop, through messages and trying to phone them. I had to make a claim through paypal to recieve my refund, finally got my money back.
