I had an absolutely fabulous experience finding my wedding dress at Fairytale Brides. Carol was so patient with me as I discovered how picky I am! At the end of the appointment we were talking about my Nan who is unable to attend my wedding. I was blown away when Carol offered for me to take the sample dress home to allow Nan to see it in real life. This meant so much to me as she has recently been diagnosed with dementia, so we are unsure what her level of comprehension will be like, when my dress is ready to take home in over a years' time. Thank you again for an amazing day at the bridal shop and for such a special experience for both myself and my Nan. I am so grateful.

From stepping in the shop I was made to feel so comfortable and welcomed, I struggled to find what I was looking for and after a few failed attempts the ladies chose one for me. It was perfect in every way! At every appointment I was fully taken care of and looked after, not rushed or hurried through. Each detail was perfect from the vale they chose to match my dress and added detail like a hoop underneath to make it easier to walk! I got married in Ibiza so they packed all my dress for me and made sure I knew how to unpack it too. Seriously if you’re looking for the perfect bridal experience these ladies are the ones. I visited Fairytale brides and said yes to the dress! The whole experience was amazing, Gemma was kind and welcoming and offered her expertise on finding the right dress, without it feeling as though there was any pressure to buy. There was no rush and we were welcomed back the next day to try the favourites again. The actual shop is beautiful with a gorgeous selection of dresses and a lovely trying on room. I’m so pleased I have found my dress and feel at complete ease with the team taking care of my dress until my wedding next summer. Would definitely recommend for a special experience.

Right from booking my appointment Gemma was super friendly, welcoming and interest in finding out about what I wanted from me dress. At the appointment she helped my find some lovely dresses and although I didn't get my dress here, I would highly recommend Fairytale Brides

The place to visit for your wedding dress, we had been to several shops and by far this was the best for choice, service and we said yes to the dress. Lots of choice of colours, styles and Gemma is very lovely and nothing is too much trouble. Would definitely highly recommend this shop

I highly recommend this bridal shop. I said yes to the dress here. I couldn’t believe how good Gemma was and how she knew what to recommend and would suit me and she was so right. The whole experience was just amazing there. I had been to two bridal shops before coming here and each one of them was different on how they made me feel. Gemma was the best, so attentive, knew what she was talking about and made me feel so special.

Had an amazing morning at Fairytale Brides with my bestie Claire and her daughter Liv. She found the most stunning dress. Carol was out of this world amazing. She gave us time to look through the range of dresses, but she had already clocked Claire's style. She played the wild card and she was absolutely spot on. There was no stress, no pushy attitude, it was just a lovely morning, an experience I will cherish forever, and I am so made up for Claire. She looked amazing!
