I recently said YES to my dream wedding dress at Fairytale Bride and want to share my amazing experience with future brides as Alison and Charlotte were AMAZING!! I am such a nervous person and was so worried about wedding dress shopping but the ladies here really put me at ease. I tried on the most incredible dresses and the ladies even helped me customise my dress to exactly what I was searching for. They were even speaking to the designer on the phone whilst I was there to find out if it was possible and to confirm the design with them. I was so impressed with this service!! Their shop is absolutely beautiful and they have sizes for everyone - which I thought was so nice to see (I'm a UK 12 and couldn't fit in any dresses elsewhere) Every small detail is thought out including treats and drinks, a goody bag with such lovely things inside for when I found my dress. I 100% recommend them and I'm so happy to have found Fairytale Bride. THANK YOU!!! xxx

I had the best experience with Charlotte and Alison at Fairytale Bride when I visited with my mum in June 2021 to search for my dress. They both took the time to listen to my preferences and chose many options of the wide range of dresses they have available for me to try. I didn't feel pressured at all and the experience was so lovely as you have the whole shop to yourself so Charlotte and Alison are able to give their full attention to helping you find your dream dress. I found mine on my 1st visit. The order process was simple and though there were delays in my dress being available for collection, I was kept well informed. I couldn't recommend Fairytale Bride enough. I had been to another shop previously and there's no comparison. Here I was made to feel special and welcome, and throughly enjoyed my experience. I only wish I could do it again, though I hope to never have to! We married in July 2022 and I couldn't have been happier with my beautiful dress. Where do I start? I was fortunate enough to win the "NHS bride" competition back in 2020, which now seems so long ago. Initially I thought it to be a joke that I could be so lucky! I was very quickly contacted by Alison and Charlotte to arrange a bridal appointment. I went with my parents, and from the moment I stepped through the door, I was made to feel so welcome. I can only compare Alison and Charlotte to a sibling and auntie, as they are so honest and helpful throughout the consultation. They made me feel so at ease, special and made me even more excited for my upcoming wedding. They kept me up to date throughout the whole process, and messaged me beyond the wedding day, which was so lovely to receive. I cannot thank both Alison and Charlotte at Fairytale Brides enough, not only for my amazing wedding dress, but for the whole experience that they gave me. ANY bride would be very lucky to pick and wear one of their amazing dresses, and even more lucky to have them help and guide them. No amount of "thank you's" will ever express how grateful I am to you both.
